数字化人机系统人因可靠性数据非常匮乏。验证数字化人机界面操纵员在监视过程中可能存在信息收集失误,并获得其失误概率。其中信息搜集失误主要包括4种失误类型:1)未搜集到相关信息;2)搜集到多余干扰信息;3)信息搜集不充分;4)信息搜集超时。通过模拟试验验证这4种类型失误的存在,并运用相关性分析、回归分析和曲线拟合分析对数据进行处理。结果表明,数字化人机界面操纵员在监视过程中会出现信息收集失误,并且信息搜集失误概率为0.018 7,其中,未搜集到相关信息失误概率为0.000 9,搜集到多余干扰信息次数失误概率为0.002 7,信息搜集不充分失误概率为0.007 1,超时失误概率为0.008 0。信息搜集任务反应时与信息数量水平存在显著相关性,回归方程为^y=6639.87+599.311x;信息搜集任务总体失误率与信息数量水平之间存在显著相关性,拟合函数为ln^y=-6.292+0.214x。但信息搜集任务主要的4种失误类型的失误率和信息数量水平之间没有显著相关性。
The paper intends to introduce the results of our simulated study on the likely errors committed by the information collecting in the process of an operator monitoring on the digitalized human-machine interface. For the study purpose,we have chosen fourteen subjects in the simulated experiment interface. The results of our stimulated experiments reveal that there indeed exist such information and data collecting errors,which can be found in the following four categories:( 1) What they have collected may not be relevant or may not be necessary for the predetermined purposes;( 2) What they have collected can be residual rather than being essential;( 3) What they have collected may not be comprehensive but fragmented;( 4) What they have collected turns to be out of date. Therefore,the statistical analysis of out experimental results prove that the overall error rate of information and data collecting turns out to be 0. 018 7. The error rate from what they have collected can be classified into the following categories:those pieces of information which are irrelevant information may take up 0. 000 9; the pieces of residual information may account for 0. 002 7; and,those belonging to being insufficient or out-ofdated occupy 0. 007 1 and 0. 008 0,respectively. It is on the basis of the aforementioned correlation analysis,regression analysis and the curve fitting analysis,that we have arrived at the following conclusions:( 1) the pieces of the targeted information turning to be significantly correlated with the average reaction time of the information-collecting workers done on the digitalized humanmachine interface and the regression equation are: ^y = 6639. 87 +593. 31 x,wherein ^y is the average reaction time and x serves the pieces of the target information;( 2) the overall error rate of the information collectors and the pieces of the target information have been found significantly correlated with the digitalized human-machine interface,while the curve fitting function has been fou
