基于LabVIEW的光敏电阻自动测试系统是由555定时器和光敏电阻构成的多谐振荡电路,把对光敏电阻阻值的测量归结为频率的测量,结合LabVIEW采集电路实现电阻对频率的测量,并自动完成测量值转换成电阻值以及显示而制作的一套完整的自动测试系统。系统通过外置LED灯作为光源,控制其电压的变化使输出光强发生改变,从而使电路中光敏电阻阻值发生变化,继而引起输出信号频率发生改变,通过LabVIEW采集卡采集,自动测试、记录并处理分析得出某个频率下对应的光敏电阻阻值,并对这些器件的性能进行研究并以曲线显示出来。
The photoconductive resistance automatic testing system based on LabVlEW is a kind of multi-resonant swing circuit composed of 555 timer and photoconductive resistance. It can automatically detect resistance of photoconductive resistor and display the result. Setting the external LEDs as the light source, the system controls the change of output light intensity by changing its voltage, and make the circuit photoconductive resistance value to be changed, and then lead the output signal frequency to be changed. The resistance of a certain photoconductive resistor corresponding to one frequency is collected, au- tomatically tested, recorded and analyzed by means of LabVIEW. Furthermore, the performance of devices is analyzed and displayed with its curves.
