从机床维修角度入手,提出基于状态监测的机床视情维修方式。研究了包含早期故障期和偶然故障期的两重威布尔比例风险模型的建立方法与过程。以机床可用度最大为目标函数对机床维修时机决策进行了论述。结合转台实例对维修时机决策进行分析,应用结果验证了分析方法与所建模型的正确性,表明了该维修方式能够有效避免机床过维修和欠维修同时存在的现象。
Condition Based Maintenance on machine tool was proposed.By analyzing the failure data,the building approach and procedure of the piecewise twofold Weibull proportional hazards models containing the early failure period and random failure period was researched.The maintenance threshold decision model of machine tool was studied with the objective-function of maximize usability.The application of rotary example illuminates the method and the models are correct and the Condition Based Maintenance is in accordance with the status of the machine tools,and it can avoid the phenomena of over-maintenance or lack-maintenance.
