为降低优化过程中不确定性因素对系统性能的影响,将考虑可靠性,即基于6σ的方法与协同优化方法相结合,建立了车桥基于6σ的协同优化模型,进行了车桥轻量化的多学科优化。结果表明,考虑可靠性的协同优化方法求得的最优解提高了系统的可靠性。
In order to reduce the influence of uncertainty on system performance, the 6σ-based method with consideration of reliability is combined with collaborative optimization ( CO), a 6σ-based CO model for vehicle axle is set up and a multidisciplinary optimization for the lightweighting of vehicle axle is conducted. The results show that the optimal solution obtained by CO with reliability consideration can enhance the reliability of system.
