重载工况轴承内部温升特性对机械传动系统的可靠性具有重要影响,运用轴承模拟试验机对重载工况用四点接触球轴承温升特性进行了测试。结果表明:轴承开始运转时温度逐渐上升,随后将保持相对稳定,当发生疲劳失效时轴承温度骤升,直至试验机报警停机;采用加大供油压力,调整冷却油出口流向等措施,可减小温升对轴承疲劳寿命的影响。
The characteristics for internal temperature rise of bearings under heavy load operating conditions have im-portant influence on reliability for mechanical transmission system.The temperature rise characteristic for four point con-tact ball bearings under heavy load operating conditions is tested by using bearing simulation tester.The results show that the operating temperature of bearings is gradually raised,afterwards remaining relatively stable.When fatigue failure occurs,the temperature of bearings suddenly rise until tester sends warning signals and shut down.The effect of tempera-ture rise on fatigue life of bearings is decreased by increasing oil supply quantity and adjusting outlet flow direction of cooling oil.
