目的化学法合成具灭螺活性的吡喃异黄酮类化合物--Alpinumisoflavone。方法以多元酚和取代苯乙酸衍生物为主要原料经二步合成得到产物。结果合成了Alpinumisoflavone,产物结构经理化常数和^1H-NMR谱确证。这为进一步生物筛选新型灭螺剂提供样品。结论以3-羟基-3-甲基.1,1-二甲氧基丁烷作为二甲基色烯化试剂合成Alpinumisoflavone色烯环工艺简便。
Objective To synthesis pyranoisoflavonids compound-alpinumisoflavone with strong molluscicidal activity. Methods Polyhydric phenols and p-substituted phenylacetic acid derivatives were used as the major reactants to obtain the target compounds by multi-step synthesis. Results The target compound structure were comfirmed by physicial constant and ^1H-NMR spectrum. Alpinumisoflavone had been synthesized, so that to supply sample for further biological screening. Conclusion It was a stable and readily accessible routine for synthesis of dimethylchromens of Alpinumisoflavone and its derivatives while 3-Hydroxy-3 - methyl-1, 1-dimethoxybutane was used as dimethylchromenylation reagent. Pyranoisoflavone molluscicidal activity sceening results were to be reported in other paper.
