目的探讨经动脉人路应用Scepter双腔导管及ONYX18胶栓塞硬脑膜动静脉瘘（DAVF）的疗效及安全性。方法西安交通大学第二附属医院神经外科自2012年3月至2014年3月经动脉入路应用Scepter双腔球囊导管及ONYX18胶栓塞治疗DAVF患者7例，回顾性分析患者的临床资料及疗效。结果术后即刻造影显示治愈6例，好转1例（残余少许瘘口，经压颈治疗3月后瘘口消失），并发颜面部感觉异常1例，经对症治疗后痊愈。随访患者6月～1年，格拉斯哥预后评分（GOS）评分均为5分，6例患者接受全脑血管造影显示均治愈、无复发。结论经动脉途径应用Scepter双腔导管及0NYX18胶栓塞DAVF简便、安全、有效。

英文摘要：

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety ofembolization of dural arteriovenous fistula （DAVF） via artery route with Scepter double channel tube and ONYX-18. Methods During the per/od of March 2012 and March 2014, 7 patients with DAVF received embolization via artery route using Scepter double channel tube and ONYX-18. The methods and safety and reliability were summarized and analyzed. Results Angiography immediately after treatment showed cure in 6 patients, small amount of residues remained in one （orificium fistulae disappeared after carotid artery compression 3 months after treatment）. One patient had facial paraesthesia and the symptom was relieved after symptomatic treatment. All patients were followed up for 6-12 months, Glasgow outcome scale （GOS） scores were 5 in all patients. Angiographic follow-up was carried out in 6 patients, showing complete occlusion of DAVFs in all patients. Conclusion Treatment of DAVF using Scepter double channel tube and ONYX-18 via artery route is convenient, safe and reliable.
