This paper introduced the CORS system development,accuracy analysis of the GPS C class control network surveying,on the GPS network layout,baseline solution,GPS network adjustment and check for useful discussions,to play the advantages of CORS,solution of GPS control surveying control point deficiency problems and to improve the CORS application level.
