基于一个ERP实施项目的案例研究,探讨了反思性学习会议对于用户参与的影响和作用机理.采用扎根理论取向的数据分析方法,并引入心理授权理论,构建了理论模型.该模型描述了反思性学习会议的特征,并说明这样的会议能够促进用户在能力感,工作影响,工作意义及自主掌控4个维度上的认知提升,而用户认知的变化导致了积极的参与行为.研究提供了在ERP实施情境中提升用户心理授权的具体机制.
Based on a case study of ERP implementation, this study investigates reflective learning sessions as a method of facilitating user participation. Drawing upon the psychological empowerment theory and a variant of the grounded theory approach, a theoretical model was constructed to characterize how the reflective learn- ing sessions were conducted, and to explain why the reflective learning sessions facilitated user participation. It reveals that several properties of reflective learning sessions enhanced users' feelings of competence, im-pact, meaningfulness and self-determination. Changes in users' cognition and attitudes brought about enthusi-astic participating behaviors. It provides an approach to enhancing psychological empowerment in the ERP im-plementation context.
