通过2007年4月和8月2次对大亚湾内13个站位的采样分析,探讨了表层沉积物间隙水和上覆水中营养盐含量的时空分布特征,估算了沉积物-海水界面营养盐的扩散通量,并对间隙水和上覆水中的营养盐含量进行了相关性分析.结果表明,大部分表层沉积物间隙水中营养盐含量远高于上覆水,但两者不具有相同的含量分布趋势.PO4^3--P、SiO3^2--Si、NH4^+-N、NO2^--N和NO3^--N在沉积物-海水界面的平均扩散通量分别为9.22、444.99、13.49、20.71、8.99μmol.m^-2.d^-1.相关性分析表明,营养盐在间隙水和上覆水中的含量均无明显相关性,说明间隙水中赋存营养盐的浓度并不是其上覆水中营养盐含量的决定因素.
The temporal-spatial distribution characteristics and correlations of nutrients in the interstitial water and overlying water in Daya Bay have been analyzed.The results showed that the concentrations of nutrients in the interstitial water were much higher than that in the overlying water,and no similarity was found between their distribution trends.Applying Fick's First Law,the average diffusion flux across the sediment-water interface was 9.22μmol·m^-2·d^-1 for PO3-4-P,444.99μmol·m^-2·d^-1 for SiO2-3-Si,13.49μmol·m^-2·d^-1 for NH4^+-N,20.71μmol·m^-2·d^-1 for NO2^--N,and 8.99μmol·m^-2·d^-1 for NO3^--N.For the same nutrient,no significant correlations were found between interstitial water and overlying water,indicating that the concentrations of nutrients in the interstitial water did not control the concentrations of nutrients in the overlying water.
