采用IDX法测定了不同油松种子的生活力,并比较了各样品生活力与发芽率的差异。结果表明:油松种子在清水中浸种24 h、培养30 h(25℃),再用硅胶干燥7 h(30℃)时,由于有生活力种子和死亡种子干燥时的失水速度不同,干燥后二者的含水量不同,其在X射线图像上的差异明显,可以根据图像差异来判断种子生活力的有无。本次采用IDX法测定的生活力与相应样品的发芽率之间差异不显著,并且各供试种子经人工老化处理后发芽率有一定的下降,此时IDX所测得的生活力也有相应程度的下降。因此IDX法不仅能较好地反映种子的生活力,而且能准确检测出种子质量的变化过程。
The seeds viabilities of different Pinus tabulaeformis were determined by IDX. Before radio photographed the seeds were treated like that: soaking in water for 24 hours and cultured for 30 hours at 25 ℃ followed by drying for 7 hours with silica gel at 30 ℃. Due to the water loss rate of the viable and dead seeds were different during drying process, their moisture contents were different, two seeds' differences were significant on the x-ray image, it can be used to judge seeds viability. There were no significant differences between seeds viabilities measured by IDX and the real germination percentages in all the samples. Furthermore, when the germination percentages of the samples declined after artificial aging, the viabilities measured by IDX also had the corresponding degree of decline. Therefore, the method oflDX can be used to determine the viability ofP. tabulaeformis seeds, and can also accurately detect the quality changes.
