目的:建立离子迁移谱技术鉴别大黄及其炮制品的方法。方法:使用电喷雾离子迁移谱技术,分别测试生大黄、熟大黄、酒大黄的甲醇提取液,并结合相关系数法,分析大黄及其炮制品的相似程度。结果:正、负离子模式下,大黄及其炮制品溶液的离子迁移谱图差异不明显,以二阶导数谱提高实验样品谱图表观分辨率,可实现大黄及其炮制品的区分。结论:离子迁移谱技术可用于大黄及其炮制品的鉴别,方法操作较为简便,具有潜在应用价值。
Objective:To investigate ion mobility spectrometry for the differentiation of Rheum officinale and its processed products. Methods:Electrospray ionization -ion mobility spectrometry was used to analyze the methanol extract of crude rhubarb, cooked rhubarb, and rhubarb stir - fried with wine. The level of similarity between Rheum officinale and its processed products was analyzed. Results:In the positive and negative ion modes, there was no signifi- cant difference inionmobility spectrum between Rheum officinale and its processed products. Second derivative spectra were used to improve the apparent resolution of the spectrum of experimental samples and thus realize the differentiation of Rheum officinale and its processed products. Conclusion:Ion mobility spectrometry can be used for the differentiation of Rheum officinale and its processed products. This method is simple and has a potential application value.
