用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法研究了不同质量浓度(0、30、60、90、120、150 mg/L)的TiO2纳米颗粒对体长为(8.0±0.2)cm的金鱼Carassius auratus鳃、心、肝胰脏、肾、脑组织中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶表达的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,金鱼各组织中的LDH酶带数及活性均发生明显的变化,酶带数随纳米颗粒浓度的升高而减少,LDH活性呈现纳米颗粒低浓度诱导表达而高浓度抑制表达的变化规律,且在肝胰脏组织中出现C基因的表达。
The effects of TiO2 nanoparticle concentrations( 0,30,60,90,120,and 150 mg/L) on expression of lactate dehydrogenase( LDH) isozymes in gill,heart,hepatopancreas,kidney and brain of goldfish Carassius auratus with body length of( 8.0 ± 0.2) cm by polypropylene-amide erect-board electrophoresis.The results showed that both the activity of LDH isozymes and the number of enzyme bands were found significant changes in all of the tissues in the treated fish compared with the fish in the control group.There were less number of enzyme bands as the TiO2 nanoparticle concentration was increased and the activity of LDH was facilitated at low concentration of TiO2 nanoparticles and inhibited at high concentration of TiO2 nanoparticles.The C gene expression was observed in the hepatopancreas.
