结构健康监测能增强结构的功能,提高其安全性和可靠性,降低维护费用,延长其使用寿命。基于压电元件和兰姆(Lamb)波主动诊断技术的结构健康监测法是一种典型的、行之有效的热点研究方法。目前,常规的结构健康监测系统主要在实验室中使用,因此大多采用独立仪器搭建,系统复杂,质量大,连线多,使用不方便,不适合实际工程应用的需要。因此,该文研究了一套多通道集成压电结构健康监测扫查系统,并通过实际工程应用对这套系统的功能进行验证研究。
Structural health monitoring can enhance the function, safety, reliability of structures, reduce the maintenance cost, and increase the life-cycle. Structural health monitoring using PZT elements and Lamb wave active diagnostic approach is a typical, useful and popular method. Recently, most routine structural health monito- ring systems are mainly used in laboratory, which are realized by lots of independent instruments. Many of these system are complicated, weighty, having much wire, and inconvenient to be used in engineering applications. A kind of integrated multiple PZT channels scanning system was proposed and produced in this paper. The function of this integrated system had been proved in an application.
