The changes rules of endogenous phytohormones in Citrange and Shanxiahong under drought stress were studied. The results showed the content of GA3 and IAA first increased and then decreased, and ABA gradually increased with dehydration ratio in leaves of Citrange and Shanxiahong. But the change of Z content was different between Citrange and Shanxiahong. The content of Z first increased and then decreased in Citrange, but waved in Shanxiahong. compared with CK, the contents of GA3, ABA, and Z in Citrange root were lower, while content of IAA higher. In Citrange leaves, content of GA3 and Z decreased significantly, while IAA and ABA increased significantly.
