This paper revealed the present situation, existing problems in the vocational education in the ethnic minority concentrated area of Heilongjiang Province, addressed the service of vocational education for the ethnic minority and the promotion to the targeted poverty alleviation, expounded the particular advantage of Heilongjiang Nationality Vocational College, the countermeasures, laying foundation and providing reference to the work in this aspect.
