采用冲压成型的5052铝合金板作为金字塔点阵芯层,2024铝合金作为面板,以Zn-Cd-Ag-Cu为钎料,分别在430℃、460℃进行炉中钎焊。观察焊后钎料及夹芯板的焊接接头组织,并进行显微硬度测试和压缩试验。结果表明,5052金字塔型点阵夹芯板在430℃焊接具有良好的组织和性能。
5052 aluminum alloy plate was punch-formed and used as a pyramid core, and 2024 aluminum alloy as a facesheet. They were welded in furnace at 430℃ and 460℃, respectively, using Zn-Cd Ag-Cu alloy as the solder. The structure of welded joints on sandwich plates was observed by optical microscope, micro-hardness test and compression test. The results indicate that the pyramid lattice sandwich plates of 5052 aluminum alloy welded at 430℃ has good structure and properties.
