水热法调节二氧化硅孔结构的探讨

以水玻璃为硅源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米二氧化硅,考察了水热温度(60℃、100℃、130℃、160℃、200℃)对纳米二氧化硅孔结构的影响.采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变化红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和氮气吸附等手段对纳米二氧化硅进行了系统表征.测试结果表明,纳米二氧化硅为无定形结构,水热处理在一定程度上改变了纳米二氧化硅的表面化学性质,是一种行之有效的调节纳米二氧化硅孔结构和微观形貌的方法.

Silica nanoparticles were synthesized from water-glass by a simple sol-gel method.The influences of different hydrothermal temperatures(60℃,100℃,130℃,160℃,200℃) on the pore structure of silica nanoparticles were studied systematically.The as-prepared samples were characterized by a variety of means such as XRD,FT-IR,transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and N2 adsorption.The results indicate that the products are amorphous silica.The hydrothermal treatment can somehow change the surface chemical properties of silica.The hydrothermal treatment is an effective method in tailoring the pore structure and micro-topography of silica nanoparticles.
