基于视频编码标准H.264提出一种改进的码率控制算法.该算法优化了标准中原算法码率分配趋于平均而且不充分利用已编码帧信息的问题.由于引入了帧的信息度因子,使得码率分配更加准确,根据已编码帧的历史信息更准确地调整当前帧要使用的量化参数.实验结果表明:视频输出序列的峰值信噪比有明显提高,对视频传输取得了更好的码率控制效果.
A rate control method was developed for video compressed sequences based on the promising video coding standard H. 264. The method resolves problems in the standard method when the bit allocation is too mean and the encoded frame history information is omitted. This method uses a information factor to more accurately allocate the bits according to the encoded frames history infon'nation. Tests show that compared to the H. 264 standard method, this method more accurately and more reasonablely controls the bitrate with the average peak signal noise ratio of all testing sequences improved by large degree.
