由国内某厂提供的320mm的有缺陷连铸坯,试样尺寸是160mm×100mm×180mm,在东北大学轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室轧制。模拟比为2.0,按平均压下率小、中、大,将试件分成3组,每组轧成3种不同厚度的成品板,其中中等平均压下率是按缺陷临界压合条件制定,既粗轧道次满足动态临界几何条件l/h珔=0.53。轧制后经超声波检验合格,验证了缺陷压合的临界条件。
The 320 mm defective continuous casting slab is provided from the domestic factory,and the sample size is 160 mm × 100 mm × 180 mm.It is rolled in laboratory with simulation ratio being 2.0.The samples are divided into three groups according to the average reduction.Each group are rolled into three different thickness plates.The average reduction corresponds to the critical reduction,which is rough rolling passes to meet the dynamic geometry(l/h=0.53).The detection test shows that the defects of all the samples after rolling have been pressed together,verified the critical condition of defects lamination.
