Endometriosis（EM） is a common disease in department of gynecology. The increases of activated macrophages and their products in peritoneal fluid, including IL - 1, IL - 6, IL - 8, TNF, et al, may create a celiac mieroenvironment. Occurrence of endometriosis depends on the function of imnmne barrier system of celiac mieroenvironment. Research shows that traditional Chi- nese medicine can inhibit the development of endometriosis by improving the function of cells in peritoneal fluid, balance abnormal expressions of cytokines and active substances,and influence other biochemical factors and so on.
