A system, which measures the statistical distribution of the switching current of a single Josephson junction (JJ) based on time-resolved measurement,is introduced. This system includes both the refrigeration system and the raeasurement method. Moreover, we tried several techniques to reduce the noise, such as electromagnetic shielding, low-pass filter and ground connection, and the lowest equivalent temperature of JJ in the experiment was reduced to 300mK.
