目的:通过对原头蚴的荧光成像,鉴定不同药物处理后原头蚴的活性。并为小鼠体内的细粒棘球蚴荧光模型奠定实验基础。方法:通过JC-1染色监测体外实验中的原头蚴。结果:不同药物处理组的原头蚴,可以根据红/绿荧光强度比量化分析标记后原头蚴的活性;二甲双胍处理后的原头蚴活性下降,联合用药后,原头蚴的活性最低。结论:二甲双胍具有一定的抗包虫作用;红/绿荧光强度比越大,原头蚴的活性越强。
Objective: Through the fluorescence imaging of Echinococcus granulosus,activity of protoscoleces was identified after different treatments,and the experimental basis was provided for the constructionn of Echinococcus granulosus fluorescence mice model.Methods:In vitro monitoring in protoscoleces by JC-1 staining.Results:The activity of protoscoleces in different drug-treated groups,could be quantitative analysed by the ratio of red and green fluorescence intensity.Protoscoleces activity was decreased after the treatment of metformin;the activity of protoscoleces was the lowest after combined medication.Conclusion:Metformin has certain anti-echinococcal effects,and the greater of ratio of red and green fluorescence intensity results in the higher activity of protoscoleces.
