采用特殊的水电极介质阻挡放电系统,研究了外加电压的波形为锯齿波时对称性对大气压氩气放电的影响,发现对称性的降低引起了相邻2次放电时间间隔的长短交替,并从正弦波的放电方程出发,得到锯齿波形驱动下的放电方程.
The influence of different symmetry of ramp wave driven voltage on discharge in argon at atmospheric pressure in dielectric barrier discharge is investigated. It is found that time intervals between two consecutive discharges alternate in length with lowing of the symmetry of the ramp wave. The discharge equations driven by ramp wave voltage are derived from the discharge equations driven by sine wave voltage.
