高模量沥青混合料由于具有较好的高低温性能而被广泛使用,但在拌合过程中需要将沥青和集料加热至很高的温度,对施工和环境保护带来极大挑战,为改善高模量沥青混合料的压实特性与施工和易性,采用粘温曲线、马歇尔试验、贯入剪切试验、低温弯曲试验、小梁疲劳试验研究了Sasobit掺量对高模量沥青混合料的压实特性以及路用性能的影响。试验结果表明:Sasobit的掺加显著改善了高模量沥青混合料的压实特性,而采用粘温曲线确定温拌高模量沥青混合料的拌合压实温度是不合适的,建议按照“等空隙率法”确定温拌高模量沥青混合料的拌合温度;考虑到温拌高模量沥青混合料的综合路用性能,推荐高模量沥青混合料适宜的Sasobit掺量为1%~2%。

To improve the work- ability and compaction characteristics of warm high modulus asphalt mixture, this article use viscosity- temperature curve, Marshall test, penetration shear test, and low-temperature bending test, and trabeeu- lar fatigue test to study the influence of Sasobit content on compaction characteristics and rod performance of high modulus asphalt mixture. Experimental results show that : the adding of Sasobit significantly im- prove the compaction characteristic of high modulus asphalt mixture, and the viscosity-temperature curve adopted to define the temperature with high modulus of asphalt mixture mixing compaction temperature is inappropriate, Suggestions in accordance with the " void fraction method such as" warm mix asphalt mixture of high modulus reasonable mixing temperature. Considering the warm mix asphalt mixture of high modulus comprehensive performance, recommend suitable high modulus asphalt mixture Sasobit con- tent ofl% to 1%.
