回顾了Sm和Gd掺杂的CeO2阻挡层(SDC和GDC)在Sc稳定的ZrO2(SSZ)基固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)中的发展历史以及目前发展状况,分析了粉体的制备方法、阻挡层的沉积工艺、陶瓷烧结工艺对CeO2阻挡层性能的影响。从材料的化学相容性和热膨胀匹配等方面阐述了制备CeO2阻挡层的目的,对CeO2阻挡层大大提高电极性能进行了详尽的机理分析。指明了CeO2阻挡层的重要作用和发展前景。
The history and present developments of Sm- and Gd-doped CeO2 (SDC and GDC) interlayer in SSZ-based SOFCs were reviewed and the effect of technologies of preparing powder, deposition interlayer and ceramic sintering on the performance of the CeO2 interlayer was analyzed. Moreover, the purpose of insertion of CeO2 interlayer was interpreted from chemical compatibility and thermal expansion match, and the mechanism about improving properties by inserting CeO2 interlayer was revealed. The importance and foreground of utilization as the CeO2 interlayer were indicated.
