对直接线性化方法(DLM)推导出的装配敏感矩阵进行分析,利用极值法和统计法分别给出了空间装配尺寸链装配极限偏差的计算公式;同时,分析了液体火箭发动机的管路装配问题,指出控制管路装配一致性的关键是控制管路接口法兰在空间的相对形位关系的一致性,并利用DLM进行理论分析,以指导火箭发动机的实际管路装配.结果表明,经过DLM理论分析并控制管路接口法兰在空间的相对形位关系后,发动机管路几何形状的一致性得到了明显改善.
The assembly sensitivity matrix derived by the direct linearization method(DLM)was analyzed,and the assembly limit deviations were calculated based on the worst case and statistical model,respectively.For improving the assembly quality of the pipelines in the liquid-propellant rocket engine,the DLM was adopted to perform the assembly analysis and help to guide the assembly task.The relative position and orientation relationships of two end flanges were studied to ensure the consistency of geometries of the pipelines in the assembly.The result shows that the assembly quality of the rocket engine is improved significantly.
