针对薄壁零件局部结构成形的特点,提出了使用离散工具头代替整体托板支撑的双面多点增量成形工艺方案并验证了其可行性,该方案可实现局部结构的柔性化生产。根据支撑工具头的不同运动方式该方案可分为支撑式和挤压式成形方法。采用有限元建模的方法对比研究了两种成形方法的成形质量。研究表明:两种成形方案壁厚分布规律基本一致;支撑式成形方法的轮廓精度高于挤压式,且其回弹小于挤压式。
Considering the forming characteristics of local structure of thin-walled parts, a double-sided multi-point incremental forming process scheme using discrete tool head instead of backing plate was proposed and its feasibility was verified. The flexible production of local structures was realized by the above scheme. Based on the different motion modes of supporting tools, the scheme was divided into supporting method and squeezing method. The forming quality of two forming methods was studied based on finite element model. The research results show that, the wall thickness distributions by two forming methods are basi- cally consistent, the profile accuracy of the supporting method is superior to that of the squeezing method, and its springback val ue is smaller than that of the squeezing method.
