通过交联合成β-环糊精聚合物(β-CDP)制备碳糊化学修饰电极。采用循环伏安法测定对硝基苯酚在β-CDP修饰碳糊电极上的伏安行为。结果表明:对硝基苯酚在pH=5.0,c(NH4Cl)=0.1 mol.L-1的缓冲溶液中,测得循环伏安曲线上有一不可逆的还原电流峰,经与未修饰的碳糊电极上测得的循环伏安行为对比确认,β-CDP对邻硝基苯酚有较好的识别作用,可加快电子转移速度,增强富集效应。对硝基苯酚在3.0~100μmol.L-1的浓度范围内呈现优良的线性关系,其检测限为0.8μmol.L-1。
A water-insoluble polymer β-cyclodextrin(β-CDP) was synthesized by cross-linking polymeric method.A modified carbon paste electrode with polymer β-cyclodextrin was prepared.Based on the cyclic voltammetric behavior of p-nitrophenol at carbon paste electrode modified by β-CDP,a novel method was established for the determination of p-nitrophenol's concentration.Electrochemical experimental results show that an irreversible deoxidation peak is observed in pH 5.0 NH4Cl-HCl buffer solutions.In contrast to the electrochemical behavior of unmodified carbon paste electrode,it is suggested that β-CDP on the p-nitrophenol has remarkably enhanced the identification,electron transfer and preconcentration functions.The relationship between the peak current and the p-nitrophenol concentration is linear in the range of 3.0 ~100μmol·L-1 with a detection limit of 0.8μmol·L-1.
