利用3-对硝基苯基-5-(2′-磺酸基苯偶氮)若丹宁-盐酸-高锰酸钾化学发光体系,实现以流动注射化学发光法对食品中抗坏血酸质量浓度的测定。结果得出:检出限为0.031 mg/L,线性范围为0.05~10 mg/L。进而采用循环伏安法探讨3-对硝基苯基-5-(2′-磺酸基苯偶氮)若丹宁的发光机理。
The mass concentration of ascorbic acid in foodstuff was determined by flow injection chemiluminescence method with a novel 3-(4′-nitryl)-5-(2′-sulfonic-phenylazo) rhodanine-HCl-KMnO4 chemiluminescence reaction system.The linear range was from 0.05 to 10 mg/L with the detection limit of 0.031 mg/L.The method was successfully applied in the determination of ascorbic acid.And the chemiluminescence mechanism of 3-(4′-nitryl)-5-(2′-sulfonic phenylazo) rhodanine was studied by cyclic voltammetry.
