计及了联轴节等环节的弹性和定转子力传递模型,建立了描述瞬态特性的运动微分方程,并给出其解。利用超声波瞬态特性测试系统,理论和实验验证了上述模型的准确性和有效性,并重点指出了影响响应时间的阻尼系数主要来源于接触面的摩擦阻尼,而非电机转轴上摩擦阻尼。
Based on new motion equations, startup and stopping response characteristics of traveling - wave ultrasonic motors ( TWUSM ) were measured and analyzed through the transient response measuring system of ultrasonic motors in this paper. The results indicated that the new equations can well explain the transient response of TWUSM.
