为了分析和抑制超声波电动机在运行过程中产生的尖啸噪声,建立电动机噪声的试验测试系统,利用试验和有限元法分析电动机噪声产生的根源;利用等效原则建立电动机噪声产生机理的振动解释模型,根据该模型分析预压力对电动机噪声的影响,并提出降低电动机噪声的方法和措施。研究结果表明:电动机噪声是由定子、转子之间的摩擦自激振动引起的,且电动机噪声强度随着预压力的增大而减小,当预压力超过其临界值时,电动机噪声能得到很好的抑制。
