砂浆与混凝土界面的粘结强度及滑移对混凝土后锚固领域内锚杆-砂浆-混凝土三相介质锚固性能至关重要。采用砂浆从混凝土块体中压出试验可以较好地反映三相介质锚固体中砂浆与混凝土的粘结特性。但当砂浆与混凝土粘结长度较长时,试件的破坏形式并非砂浆体被压出,而是混凝土开裂,因而得不到真实的界面粘结参数。该文对此推出法试验方案进行改进,通过对混凝土底面进行局部支承,使得混凝土中仅局部区域受压,从而避免了砂浆体压出过程中混凝土开裂,进而得到了较为理想的粘结应力-滑移曲线。结果表明:粘结-滑移曲线由弹性段、软化段和摩擦段3部分组成。
The bond strength and slip at mortar-concrete interface play a significant role in the performance of the anchor-mortar-concrete anchorage in the field of post-installation to concrete. A push-out test of mortar from concrete block can well reflect the bonding properties between mortar and concrete. But when the bond length of mortar with concrete is relatively long, the failure mode is cracking of concrete block rather than the push-out of mortar from concrete matrixes. Thus, true interracial parameters cannot be obtained. The push-out test method is improved by locally supporting the concrete underside, which makes concrete compressed only in the local region Hence, the concrete cracking can be avoided during the push-out process of mortar from concrete. Thus, ideal bond stress-slip curves can be given. Results show that the bond-slip curve is composed of three parts including an elastic part, a softening part and a frictional part.
