目前,船舶倾斜试验技术已经比较成熟,但海洋平台的倾斜试验方法和试验标准还不完善。本文采用Sesam软件模拟配重块法和悬臂梁法两种自升式平台倾斜试验方法,可为实船提供必要的参考数据和具体的试验步骤。分析了两种方法的适用范围以及优缺点,提出了适用于自升式钻井平台的倾斜试验方法和计算过程。结果表明,运用Sesam软件进行数值试验可以有效减少倾斜试验的工作量,并取得更准确的结果。
At present, the technology of ship inclining test has fully developed,but the method and the criterion about that of offshore oil platforn are not so perfect. Two methods of inclining test called as balancing weigt method and cantilever beam method are described and simulated based on the software Sesam in this paper,providing full scale test with necessary reference data and specific operation steps. The application ranges, merits and demerits of different methods are analyzed, the method and computation process which are applicable to jackup rig are presented. The results show that Sesam could reduce the workload of inclining test and get more accurate result.
