As the rapid development of network technology, innovation in teaching with the help of network hecomes the important thing we should be concerned in the field of developing the applied talents. To make it possible for learners to learn effectively in any time and at any place by using spare time in the fast-paced life, microlecture is undoubtedly a good choice for its convenient, scientific, and new teaching resources. Therefore, a substantial analysis of micro-lecture and its application to talents training are important both theoretically and practically to changes in the teaching concept of application-oriented universities, classroom teaching mode, and teaching effect.
