文章首先搭建了电磁热机机电热测试系统,通过测试热机的输入转速和转矩测试其热功率特性。在线测试热机的出入水温升和流量,以及热机的输入转速和转矩,用测试数据可以求得热机的热转换效率。而后搭建了电磁热机对水媒质磁化作用测试系统,在线测试水媒质在通过电磁热机时电导率、pH值、离子浓度等物化性质的变化。并针对一台样机对其进行了相关测试。测试结果证明了测试系统的可行性,其将对电磁热机的理论研究有重要作用。
In this paper, a mechanical-electrical-thermal test system for the electromagnetic heating machines (EMHM) was firstly built, which was designed to test the thermal power characteristic of the EMHM by measuring its input rotation speed and torque. The temperature rise and quantity of the accessed water, and the input rotation speed and torque were all tested online, and the thermal conversion efficiency was correspondingly obtained. Secondly, a test system for the magnetization of water by the EMHM was built in order to test the variations of the physical and chemical properties, such as conductivity, pH value and ion concentration etc. , of water after flowing through were done on a prototype. The test results proved the feasibility of the two test the EMHM. Related tests systems mentioned above, which was significant to the theoretical research of EMHMs.
