旋转电磁致热器是从电机损耗与温升的逆问题出发,将通常意义上的损耗转化为可利用热能的装置。文章介绍了旋转电磁致热器的结构及工作原理,根据其结构建立了7节点的集中参数热网络模型,给出了热网络模型中关键热阻参数的计算方法,并建立了其等效的集中参数热网络方程。针对一台实际样机,计算了其热阻参数及稳态运行时致热器的内部温升,而相应的实验验证了其有效性。
A new rotational electromagnetic heater could be implemented based on the inverse problem of losses and temperature rise in electric machine and the production origin of losses in electromagnetic theory,in which the input energy is converted to heat energy fully and effectively.In this paper,introduced the work principle and structure of rotational electromagnetic heater.The thermal network model with seven nodes for rotational electromagnetic heater was established to provide design consignment and verify the reliability for it,presented calculation method for elements in the thermal network model.And compsuted the steady state temperature rise of prototype's mathematical model and verified by experiment.
