为了高效利用复合菌群在降解苯酚方面的应用,以尼龙6为载体固定化高效复合菌群,对其降解苯酚工艺进行了优化。结果表明,固定化时间2d,固定化细胞投入量为2.0g·L-1·苯酚培养基,pH为7.0、30℃时达到最佳降酚率,固定化JHD降解苯酚的降解效率要明显优于游离JHD,且其耐酚性显著增强。其动力学研究的试验数据与Andrews方程参数拟合较好,其动力学参数qmax(=15.65h-1、Ks=8.536g·L-1、K1=27.14mg·L-1,最佳苯酚初始质量浓度为0.4813g·L-1。
In order to enlarge the use of mixed cultrue in the degradation of phenol, the phenol-degradation process was optimized with immobilization of high-efficiency mixed culture JHD by Nylon 6.The result showed that under the condition of pH=7, 30 ℃, immobilized for 2 d, inputs of immobilized cells was 2.0 g.L-1phenol medium, the phenol concentration achieve a best value. The phenol- degradation of immobilized JHD was much better than the free JHD, and its phenol-resistance was significantly increased. The degradation kinetic data fitted the Andrews model well, The calculated parameters of qmax, K2 and K1 for the model were 15.65 h-m, 8 536 mg·L-1 and 27.14 mg·L-1, respectively, and the optimal concentration of initial phenol was 0.481 3g·L-1
