本文介绍了作者自行设计的高温除湿干燥机,以及在工业木材干燥过程中的试验研究。该除湿干燥机的特点是利用清华大学研制的高温环保工质HTR01,配合R22压缩机组成热泵循环,达到提高除湿机出口风温,能够与常规蒸汽干燥窑干燥工艺相匹配的目的。通过对该高温除湿机的大量热工性能试验,以及对试验结果的性能分析,为设备的改进与性能的提高提供了基础。
An experimental device (high temperature dryer) built by us, as well as the experimental study on industrial lumber drying, were introduced in this paper. The unique characteristic of this device is that it employed the high temperature environmentally friendly refrigerant HTR01 developed by Tsinghua University and it can use a R22 compressor. This device can increase the outlet air temperature and match the drying process of traditional vapor drying kiln. Based on the performance experiment on the high temperature dehumidifying heat pump and the data analysis, a large-scale machine of high temperature dehumidifying heat pump could be designed.
