为了解释目前盐渍土盐胀率随含水率变化规律的3种不同研究结论,采用2种试验方法进行研究,一种是以含水率作为单一因素变量的盐胀试验,研究盐胀率在含水率单因素影响条件下的变化规律,另一种是以细粒土质砂亚硫酸盐渍土为研究对象,以含盐量、含水率、压实度、上覆荷载为多因素变量的正交试验,研究盐胀率在多因素交互作用下随含水率的变化规律。基于回归方程定义计算公式ωin=-B/(2A)为调节因素,给出盐胀率随含水率变化规律发生改变的界限含水率的影响因素和计算方法。应用调节因素公式分析已有文献试验数据,给出试验中界限含水率的影响因素、变化规律和盐胀率随含水率变化的准确区间,并得出目前3种不同研究结论产生的原因。结果表明:盐胀试验的含水率变化范围影响盐胀率随含水率变化规律的研究结论,而且界限含水率不仅受含盐量影响,同时受试验中其他与含水率有交互作用的因素影响。该公式使得盐胀率随含水率变化规律的研究更加准确。
In order to explain the three different conclusions about the changing rules of the salt expansion rate with variation of water content at present, two experimental methods were adopted. The first one was the salt expansion experiment with water content as signal-factor variable to investigate the changing rules of salt expansion rate only under the influence of water content. The second one was the orthogonal experiment with multi-factors variables including salt content, water content, compaction degree and load to investigate the changing rules of salt expansion rate with variation of water content under the interactions of multiple factors. Taking a regression equation defined formula as regulation factor, the influence factors and calculation method of water content limit were given by the formula ωin =-B/(2A). Via analyzing the prior experimental data using the formula, the influence factors and changing rule of the water content limit and accurate variation range of salt expansion rate with the change of water content were given in their experiments. Then the reasons for the three different conclusions were obtained. The results show that the range of water content affects the conclusions and water content limit is affected by not only salt content but also other factors which have interactions with water content in experiment. The formula contributes to the precise research on the changing rules of salt expansion rate with variation of water content.
