目的:研究维医异常黏液质证候大鼠模型性腺轴形态学的改变。方法选用90只性功能正常的雄性 SD 大鼠,随机取10只为正常组,余80只为造模组,采用芫荽实+菠菜实+湿寒性环境的干预条件建立异常黏液质证候模型,20 w 后从证候组中筛出阳痿病证模型后,将其余证候模型分为证候模型组、自然反证组,反证2 w后,观察下丘脑、垂体和睾丸的形态学变化。结果(1)下丘脑:正常组结构完好。证候模型组基质疏松,轻度水肿;超微结构可见神经胶质细胞基质密度下降,线粒体水肿呈空泡样病变,内质网扩张,神经元核膜界线不清。自然反证组有轻度修复。(2)垂体:正常组结构完好。证候模型组基质疏松,轻度水肿;超微结构发现内质网明显扩张,线粒体普遍空泡样变。自然反证组有轻度修复。(3)睾丸:正常组结构完好。证候模型组可见生精小管明显变形,间质减少,生精细胞数量及层数明显减少;超微结构显示支持细胞核形不规则,细胞基质密度变深,内质网扩张呈囊泡状,精原细胞及精母细胞有坏死。自然反证组轻度恢复,但较正常组区别明显。结论维医异常黏液质证候大鼠模型性腺轴形态学可发生改变,提示性腺轴形态学改变可能是该证候引起的性腺轴神经内分泌改变的组织病理学基础。
Objective To study gonad axis morphological changes of abmormal balgam syndrome with impotence disease rats model induced by Uyghur medicine.Methods Ninety normal mature male SD rats were selected in the study,10 of them were randomly chosen as the control group(N);other 80 were treated with spinach and coriander diet in a cold and humid environment until the model of abnormal balgam syndrome was established.Rat biological characterization was observed about 20 weeks until establishment of abnormal balgam syndrome model,then through APO erectile experiment and mating experiment,the rats were randomly divided into abnormal balgam syndrome group,spontaneous recovering group of abnormal balgam syndrome.After 2 weeks counterevidence,we detected the morphological changes of hypo-thalamus,pituitary and testis.Results (1)Hypothalamus:stucture was normal in normal control group. Matrix was loose,mild edema,ultrastructure showed,the glial cell matrix density decreased,mitochon-dria edema was in cavity changes,endoplasmic reticulum expanded,nuclear membrane of neurons was not clear.Minor repaired in spontaneous recovering group of abnormal balgam syndrome.(2)Pituitary:stucture was normal in normal control group.Matrix was loose,mild edema,endoplasmic reticulum expansion,mitochondria in cavity changes.Minor repaired in spontaneous recovering group of abnormal balgam syndrome.(3)Testis:stucture was normal in normal control group.Seminiferous ducts were obviously deformed,interstitial decreased,number and layers of sperm cells significantly reduced.Ultrastructures showed nucleus of supporting cells was irregular,cell matrix density was darker,endoplasmic reticulum was expanded,some spermatagonial cells and spermatocytes were necrosis.Minor repaired in spontaneous recovering group of abnormal balgam syndrome,but was significantly different with normal control group. Conclusion Significant morphological changes of gonad axis in abnormal balgam syndrome with impotence disease rat model induced by Uygur medi
