目的 研究伊木萨克片对异常黏型阳痿病证大鼠阴茎组织形态学的影响,探寻其对阴茎勃起功能障碍治疗作用的形态学基础.方法 取70只性功能正常雄性SD大鼠,其中10只为正常对照组,余60只为造模组,采用芫荽实+菠菜实+湿寒性环境的干预条件建立异常黏液质证候模型,22周后通过APO勃起实验,从证候模型中筛出阳痿病证模型,并将其分为病证模型组、药物干预组,未成阳痿的大鼠则分为证候模型对照组(简称证候模型组).药物干预3周后,对阴茎组织进行形态学观察.结果 (1) HE染色显示,正常对照组结构清楚完好.证候模型组大鼠阴茎组织有一定水肿的表现,同时伴有间质纤维化样的改变.病证模型组阴茎组织中、重度水肿,间质纤维化明显.病证药物干预组阴茎组织有一定程度的恢复.(2) VG染色结果显示,证候模型组大鼠阴茎组织平滑肌/胶原纤维低于正常对照组(P<0.05).病证模型组大鼠阴茎组织平滑肌/胶原纤维低于证候模型组(P>0.05).病证药物干预组大鼠阴茎组织平滑肌/胶原纤维高于病证模型组(P<0.05).(3) Masson染色结果与VG染色结果相一致.结论 异常黏液质型阳痿病证大鼠阴茎组织形态学可发生明显改变,维药伊木萨克片有促进其修复的作用.
Objective To study the effects of Yimusake on penis tissue morphological changes of rat models with abnormal balgam syndrome and impotence disease induced by Uyghur medicine. Methods A total of 70 normal mature male SD rats were enrolled in the study, and 10 of them were randomly chosen as the control group, other 60 were treated with spinach and coriander diet in a cold and humid environment until the model of abnormal balgam syndrome was established. Biological characteristics of rats were observed about 22 weeks until establishment of abnormal balgam syndrome model, then through APO erectile experiment and mating experiment, the rats were randomly divided into abnormal balgam syndrome with impotencedisease model group and medication intervention group of abnormal balgam syndrome with impotence disease model. The non-impotence rats were abnormal balgam syndrome model group. After 3 weeks intervention, the morphological changes of penis tissues were observed. Results (1) HE staining showed that structure of penis tissue exhibits normal in normal control group, edema and interstitial fibrosis in abnormal balgam syndrome model group, significant edema and interstitial fibrosis in abnormal balgam syndrome with impotence disease model group, respectivey. Structure of rat penile tissue showed minor repair in medication intervention group. (2) V.G staining results showed that the ratio of smooth muscle/collagen fibers in penis tissue of rats in abnormal balgam syndrome model group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group (P〈0.05), and the ratio of smooth muscle/collagen fibers of abnormal balgam syndrome with impotence disease model group was lower than that of abnormal balgam syndrome model group (P〉0.05).
