将社会资本理论的研究成果引入企业社会责任(CSR)研究,从社会资本视角出发,对企业的社会表现与企业经营绩效的关系进行研究。在建立了研究框架之后,根据对348个企业管理者的问卷调查结果应用结构方程模型(SEM)方法进行了分析。主要结论包括:(1)企业社会表现对短期财务绩效和长期财务绩效及非财务绩效均没有直接影响;(2)企业社会表现对社会资本有很强的直接影响;(3)社会资本对非财务绩效和长期财务绩效均有直接影响,对短期财务绩效没有直接影响。
This paper introduced social capital (hereafter as SC) theories into the research field of CSR to study the relationship between corporate social performance (hereafter as CSP) and corporate financial performance (hereaf- ter as CFP) with SC as a mediator. Based on the research framework we constructed, we applied structural equation modeling (SEM) method to the analysis of 348 samples from our survey to firm managers. The conclusions are: (1) CSP has no direct impact on short-term, long-term CFP or non-financial corporate performance; (2) CSP shows strong direct impact on SC; (3) SC has direct impact on NCFP, and long-term CFP, but not on short-term CFP. The results of the study showed a valuable view angle to the field of CSP-CFP study and CSR research.
