参照中国大学生方程式汽车大赛竞赛规则,对FSAE方程式赛车进行了动态强度测试和模态试验。通过8字绕环、蛇形穿桩工况下车架关键部位的应力测试和有限元分析发现,悬架及主车架的应力分布均匀合理,车架各部位的变形符合设计要求;赛车模态试验发现车架的低阶模态频率介于发动机激励频率及赛道激励频率范围内,可能会发生共振,需要在动力总成的匹配和车架结构上进行改进。
The dynamic strength test and modal test of FSAE formula car frame were worked out according to the Rules of the Formula Student of China.Stress test and Analysis by FEM on the key parts under the Skid-pad and Slalom shown that stress of frame system distributed reasonably,and deformation of the frame comply with the design requirements.When the low order modal frequencies are too close to the engine and road excitation frequency,there could be an resonance.So it is necessary to optimize the powertrain and frame structure.
