目的探讨对兔肝缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)模型进行CEUS定量分析中采用不同ROI的差异。方法选取5只实验兔,建立肝IRI模型,于兔肝门静脉阻断前、再灌注后即刻、1、6、24h行CEUS检查,分别选取肾实质、腹主动脉作为参考区ROI进行定量分析,比较二者时间-强度曲线(TIC)的差异。结果对5只兔肝IRI模型共计完成23次CEUS,以肾实质为参考区ROI获得的TIC均可满足定量分析需要,成功率100%(23/23);以腹主动脉为参考区ROI,仅1次CEUS可满足定量分析需要,成功率4.35%(1/23);两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001)。结论对兔肝IRI模型进行CEUS定量分析时,参考区宜选择肾实质部分。
Objective To explore the optimal ROI in CEUS for quantitative analysis of liver ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI)model in rabbits.Methods Five experimental rabbits were selected for establishing as liver IRI models,which were performed CEUS before blocking portal blood flow,at the time of reperfusion immediately,and 1,6,24 hafter reperfusion,respectively.Renal parenchyma,abdominal aorta were chosen as reference ROI in quantitative analysis respectively and the time-intensity curves(TIC)were compared.Results A total of 23 CEUS exams in 5 rabbit IRI models were conducted.With renal parenchyma as reference ROI,all 23 TICs were qualified for quantitative analysis,whereas with abdominal aorta as reference ROI,only 1 TIC was qualified.The success rate was 100%(23/23),4.35%(1/23),and the difference was significant statistically(P〈0.001).Conclusion Renal parenchyma should be chosen as the appropriate reference ROI when performing CEUS quantitative analysis of liver IRI model in rabbits.
