表面功能化纳米改性技术是传统玻璃材料获得各种功能特性的一条重要途径。介绍了几种常用技术的特点、应用、研究进展及面临的问题。其中气相沉积、溅射沉积、热喷涂和化学镀已实现工业化生产;溶胶一凝胶、离子交换和离子注入为较新的技术;辅助电场法能使膜层与基体的结合更牢固,是一种新型的玻璃表面纳米改性技术。
Nano-functional surface modification is an important way to get various functions and characteristics for traditional glass materials. The characteristics, applications, research developments and existing problems of several kinds of commonly used technologies are discussed in this paper. The thermal vapor deposition, magnetron sputte- ring, thermal spraying and chemical plating have been industrialized. The sol-gel method, ion-exchanging and ion-implement are new technologies. The auxiliary electric field technology can produce a coat strongly combined with glass, which is a completely new technology of nano-functional surface modification of glass.
