试验将240只1日龄AA肉公鸡,按体重随机分为5个处理,分别饲喂基础饲粮和添加100mg/kg和200mg/kg硫酸锰(MnSO4)和氨基酸锰(MnAA)的饲粮42d。结果表明:添加100mg/kg锰显著降低4~6周耗料增重比(F/G)(P〈O.06);添加100mg/kg和200mg/kg锰显著增加肝脏锰含量(P〈0.001),同时有提高腿肌率,降低腹脂率的趋势(P〉o.10);添加100mg/kgMnAA血清总蛋白(TP)显著高于添加100mg/kgMnSO。(P〈0.09)。而添加100mg/kgMnAA和MnSO4组碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性分别较对照组高35.7%和21.0%。表明添加100mg/kg锰可降低肉鸡生长后期F/G和提高肝脏锰含量,但是2种锰源间差异不显著;但Mn添加100mg/kgMnAA比MnSO4可能更有效地促进肉鸡体内蛋白质的合成代谢。
In the experiment the total of 240 one-day-old Arbor Acres male broilers were randomly allotted into 5 groups. They were fed the basal diet and corn-soybean meal-based diet supplemented with 100,200 mg/kg MnSO4 or MnAA for 42 days. The result showed that supplementing 100 mg/kg Mn treatment significantly decreased 4-6 weeks F/ G (P 〈 0.06).Supplementing 100 and 200mg/kg Mn treatment significantly increased Mn concentration of liver (P 〈 0.001), at the same time had the trend to enhance the Percentage of thigh muscle and reduce Percentage of abdominal fat. Supplementing 100mg/kg MnAA had significantly made TP of serum higher compared to supplementing MnSO4(P 〈 0.09). Adding 100 mg/kg MnAA and MnSO4 treatments comparing to the control increased ALP by 35.7% and 21.0% respectively (P 〉 0.10).The result indicate that adding 100mg/kg Mn decreased 22-42 days F/G, and increased Mn concentration of liver, but there was not significant difference between the two Mn sources; and the addition of 100mg/kg Mn as MnAA might promote the protein suythesis in broilers more effectively than that of 100mg/kg Mn as MnSO4.
