截面信息检测技术在多相流流型识别和参数测量中具有较好的应用前景。由于多相流动过程复杂多变,对截面信息检测系统的性能提出了很高的要求。本文基于NI-PXI模块化仪器设计了一套高速截面电阻信息检测系统,通过PXI模块化仪器与FPGA配合的方式实现了对系统的高速逻辑控制,并采用可重触发和队列结构实现了对截面电阻信息的高速同步采集。60kHz激励频率下的采集速度达到了单截面1250幅/秒,双截面625幅/秒。多物体分布静态实验结果表明,系统对物场内介质的位置与大小有较好的分辨能力。
Cross-section information measurement technique has a good application prospect in the flow regime recognition and parameter measurement of multi-phase flow.The flow process of multiphase flow is very complex and variable which brings a higher demand for the real-time parameter of cross-section information measurement system.A high-speed cross-section resistance information measurement system based on PXI modular instruments is put forward in this paper.High-speed logic control is realized by the cooperation of PXI modular instruments and FPGA technique.Re-trigger technique and master-slave structure are used in the synchronous data acquisition of cross-section resistance information.The system speed is up to 1250 frames/s for single measuring cross-section and 625 frames/s for dual measuring cross-section with exciting frequency of 60 kHz.The multi-object static experiment result shows that the system has a good differentiating ability of the objects' size and position.
