AD7366/AD7367是ANALOG DEVICES公司生产的12/14位、高速、低功耗、单/双极性转换的串行逐次逼近型ADC。本文介绍了AD7366/AD7367的主要特点。并搭建了以AD7366/AD7367和FPGA为基础的电磁层析成像(Electromagnetic Tomography。EMT)高速数据采集单元,最后以AD7366为例给出了高速数据采集控制单元的硬件描述语言设计方法以及仿真结果。
AD7366/AD7367, produced by ANALOG DEVICES company, is a 12/14 bit, high-speed, low-power, single/bipolar conversion and high-precision serial successive approximation type A/D converter chips. Firstly, this paper describes the main features of the AD7366/AD7367, then builds the electromagnetic tomography (EMT) high-speed data acquisition unit based on AD7366/AD7367 and FPGA, finally take AD7366 as an example to acquire the hardware description language design method and simulation results of the high-speed data acquisition control unit.
