为简化配制一定脂肪酸构成调和油的步骤,采用matlab和visual C++2个平台开发“脂肪酸配比合理的调和油配方系统软件”。采用气相色谱法测得玉米油、亚麻籽油、橄榄油和黄油脂肪酸组成,以该4种油作为基础油,通过运行编制的软件得出SFA:MUFA:PUFA=1:1:1;n-6/n-3PUFAs=1、5、10、20的调和油的各种基础油的配比,对获得的调和油采用气相色谱法进行检测验证。结果表明该软件能够用于不同脂肪酸构成比的食用油配方的计算,有望成为制备具有不同脂肪酸构成调和油的有效工具。
In order to simplify the design process of the mingling ratio of different oils, software designed for mingled oil which was suitable to fatty acid specific value has been established by two platforms of matlab and visual C + +. The fatty acids contents of corn oil, linseed oil, olive oil and butter have been analyzed with GC method. According to the fatty acids contents of all the materials above - mentioned, composition of the four oils was obtained by the software with conditions as follows : SFA: MUFA: PUFA = 1 : 1 : 1, n - 6/n - 3 PUFAs = 1,5,10,20. The GC method was applied to verify the composition of the four mingled oils. The results showed that the software can be applied to calculated the proportion of stuff oil rapidly and can be an effective tooth for design for mingled oil suitable to fatty acid specific value.
